"Hi" from Ollie & Helen of The Incredible Cake Company. We design, bake and create all kids of wedding and celebration cakes from our shop in Eastbourne. Our background is in art and design and we have shaped our cake business from that foundation. We love cake and we love a challenge! Bringing your ideas to life, from the initial discussion and a simple drawing into a stunning and tasty centrepiece!

Services Offered

We make cakes of all shapes and sizes and are happy to advise on all aspects of your wedding cake needs, and we recommend coming in for a consultation where we can discuss all the details of you big day and start to build an image of the kind of cake you are looking for. We can show you examples of our work and demonstrate the various sizes of tiered cakes using our display cakes. Consuations are £25, which is refunded if you place the order.

Single tiered cakes (serving 24) start from £200
2 tiered cakes (serving 38) start from £350
Naked (3 tier cake serving 75 portions) start from £550
Double sided designs (3 tier serving 75) from £995
Collecting your cake is an option but we prefer to deliver and set up your cake for you. We can deliver to your venue any day of the week including Sundays, although our shop is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. We are taking bookings for 2026 but we still have availability for this year, so just drop us a message and if we can squeeze you in, we will!

We offer over 16 flavours of cake, all of which can be made Gluten Free and there are a selection of Vegan options as well. We can cater for most allergies/ intollerences, so just get in touch to discuss your requirements.
