The hall is licensed for civil ceremonies, so you can hold your whole day in this stunning venue. Set amidst seven acres of secluded woodlands. The property features magnificent landscaped gardens and grounds, and the main building is approached by a lovely tree-lined avenue. This fine Victorian mansion was built on the site of Pitfodels Castle, one of the former holdings of Clan Menzies. The castle was abandoned in the 17th century; work on Norwood Hall was completed in 1881. The hotel is conveniently located only a short drive from Aberdeen’s city centre. The hall also has 73 bedrooms, including standard doubles, deluxe doubles, accessible doubles, and super deluxe options.

Norwood Hall Hotel is available for exclusive hire, and it hosts no more than one wedding per day. In-house catering is provided, and you are invited to select from a range of delicious buffet and seated meal options. The hotel has facilities for DJs and live musical entertainment; outdoor fireworks are also permitted.
