My name is Sandra and at Sandra's Cakes St Andrews I create beautiful, bespoke, luxury wedding cakes which are lovingly handcrafted in my home studio in the beautiful St Andrews, Fife. All of my cakes are baked fresh to order using the best quality local ingredients. I beleive that homemade is best and I make all my jams, curds and filling from scratch and I only use Swiss meringue, Italian meringue buttercreams and whipped ganache.

Sandra’s Cakes St Andrews commits to two cakes per date ensuring that each client has her undivided attention and focus. She will begin with a complementary tea-and-cake consultation in her studio, where you can discuss your ideal design and taste-test six different cake flavours. Sandra specialises in hand-crafted sugar flowers, as well as wafer paper and stain-glass-effect flowers. On your big day, she will take care of delivery and setup at your venue while you focus on the important things.
