Facilities and Capacity

Walk up the magnificent lobby staircase and discover our two grand ballrooms, GW1 and GW2. Both rooms are pillar less with sparkling crystal chandeliers and Victorian windows filling the rooms with natural daylight. For larger celebrations the ballrooms can be combined while for more intimate gatherings they can be separated. Our atrium next to our ballrooms is an ideal setting for a reception as part of your special day. Whether weddings, engagement parties, anniversaries, birthdays or other special occasions we have a setting that will accommodate a memorable day. Our GW1 ballroom for example can comfortably accommodate hosting a dinner dance setting of up to 240 people.

With a dedicated wedding planner our pledge is to make sure your day runs perfectly to plan, taking care of all the details – big and small – removing any stress so you can relax and enjoy the wedding of your dreams. We can guide you through the wedding ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening celebration. We have menus to tantalise the taste buds, have partnerships with outside caterers or alternatively we also allow the use of your own caterers

We are licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships for up to 120 guests allowing you to spend your whole wedding day in the charm and elegance of Hilton London Paddington.

For the special couple we offer a complimentary Hilton Executive Suite and have accommodation for your wedding party at preferential rates.
